Dr. Ahmad Saad, MD, FACS

Medical Director at IMAGN INSTITUTE
Dr. Ahmad Saad is a US board-certified plastic surgeon, specialized in aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. He completed his training at leading international universities – Yale University and University of California San Diego (UCSD). His extensive experience and expertise in a broad range of surgical techniques and procedures have helped him achieve recognition across the globe. Throughout the years, he pioneered various techniques in plastic surgery which have positively changed the lives of numerous patients.
Dr. Saad is in equal parts an innovator, a scientist and an artist. He understands that plastic surgery is a delicate balance of artistry and science, with a prevailing focus on caring for the patient. Dr. Saad recognizes and cherishes this relationship, which is why both his patients and his professional peers value him as a top surgeon in his field. His extensive experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery, together with a desire to incorporate a combination of science and art into any procedure, ensures natural results with an emphasis on harmony, symmetry and proportion.
Dr. Saad is a pioneer of the PAL®-HD , High Definition liposculpture technique for advanced body sculpting in which he precisely defines target areas for fat removal, skin tightening, cellulite reduction, contouring, and definition – a topic on which Dr. Saad has written and published numerous peer reviewed manuscripts and book chapters in the most prestigious journals and surgical textbooks. In addition to his contributions in this field of medicine, he trains surgeons from all over the world to safely use this technique and deliver superior results for their patients. Learn more about the PAL®-HD Masterclass.
As a co-founder of the California Migraine Surgery Center, Dr. Saad is among the very few surgeons in the world who are qualified and have the experience to conduct migraine surgeries and relief the suffering of numerous patients internationally.
An authority in facial surgery and rejuvenation treatments, Dr. Saad is renowned for his ability to deliver exceptional results, correct botched procedures and deformities to achieve patient-specific, long-term results.

Plastic surgery is never a “one-size-fits-all” endeavor. Many factors must be taken into consideration when determining the best approach for an individual patient – from background and ethnicity to the desired results communicated during consultations. Eleven years of post-doctoral training have given Dr. Ahmad Saad the expertise to mesh these factors into a single approach to surgery that provides his patients with the safest and most successful outcomes.

Most patients pursuing plastic surgery do not want to appear to have had obvious “work” done – instead, patients want to look like a younger, more rejuvenated version of themselves. This requires meticulous attention to detail and expertise in a variety of techniques, so that procedures can be customized to the unique facial/body structure, proportions and features of the patient. This is particularly true when working with patients of different ethnicity, where results need to stay true to the patient’s background and cultural heritage.
